“I’ve had the privilege to be debriefed by a Le Rucher debriefer twice. When I think about both times some of the words that come to mind are: breathe, lighter and clarity. To share very honestly, not some, but all of the harder things you experience working cross-culturally with someone that listens well and patiently without judgement, brings a feeling of relief that I am not sure how to describe. Perhaps this is where the word breathe comes in. The way the Le Rucher process is centered around Jesus, the cross and God’s heart for us brought me to a place where I was able to lay down things that I took up or had to carry, experiences that I did not have answers or explanations for and reminded me that He is God and He is faithful and trustworthy.
