We present a five day training for counselors, member care facilitators and other individuals involved in caring for cross-cultural workers to equip them to make use of the “Exchange at the Cross” model for a Basic Debriefing.
We also present a five day Crisis and Trauma Response seminar for counselors, member care facilitators and pastoral workers in order to equip them to use the “Exchange at the Cross” debriefing model for a Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD).
